Dr. Michael Maceroli is a highly regarded Orthopedic trauma surgeon and Co-Director of Orthopedic Trauma Specialists at the Northside Orthopedic Institute. With extensive expertise in treating a wide range of bony injuries and fractures, Dr. Maceroli is renowned for his specialization in complex cases involving the pelvis and acetabulum, both in adults and pediatric patients. His skills extend to post-traumatic arthroplasty reconstruction, management of periprosthetic fractures, and addressing pelvis nonunion and malunion.

Dr. Maceroli completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland, College Park, before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He further honed his surgical skills through an orthopedic surgery residency at The University of Rochester and an orthopedic trauma fellowship at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Maceroli is a member of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Orthopedic Trauma Association. His professional focus includes orthopedic trauma, particularly fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum, bony injuries and fractures of the extremities, and complex post-traumatic reconstructions.
